Jerre Swann | Daily Report Georgia Legal Awards 2020: Lifetime Achievement Award

Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton’s Jerre Swann was honored by The Daily Report with a 2020 Lifetime Achievement Award. The publication noted that over a career spanning 50 years, Mr. Swann developed a reputation as the nation’s leading expert on the use of surveys in trademark matters.

Mr. Swann joined Kilpatrick Townsend in 1967 after graduating from Harvard Law School. He became a partner in 1972 and served the firm in that capacity until his recent retirement. He currently serves as an adjunct professor of trademark law at the University of Georgia School of Law.
